This is my new place for Pho Soup. I had their P1 Special (lean beef, brisket, meat balls) with extra beef. The broth was amazing!! what I really enjoyed was the brisket the cut was thick and meaty that's what wow me for this reason the soup for me was a 5 stars. I also went back and had the BBQ Pork Banh Mi for me it was a first time trying it. The size of the bread and the amount of food that's there including the bbq port is good. For me the only thing I didn't like too much was the soy sauce was a bit salty but other than that I enjoyed it. Perhaps they should have add a low sodium option for their soy sauce.

On our way back from Georgetown, decided Vietnamese would do to satiate the hunger. Plugged in "Vietnamese restaurants" and looked for something between Gtown and our home near central Lake Erie shore. Got a few potentials. Some deeper research and we came upon these guys, seemed rather convenient being right off of 401 on James Snow with a quick back onto the highway...great, but even better was the menu. Here's what grabbed my attention right away: "PORK BELLY BANH MI" - yep PORK BELLY! There was enough additional options that my two (more) fussy eaters were able to find items they wanted as well. My partner: GRILLED PORK BANH MI $8.99 FRESH SHRIMP ROLLS (2) $5.99 My boy: GRILLED BEEF BANH MI $9.99 FRESH SHRIMP ROLLS (2) $5.99 Me: PORK BELLY BANH MI $10.00 TRADITIONAL BANH MI $7.99 Also this: jalapenos on Banh Mi! It makes sense but this is the first item I've seen this on the menu. So much better than the typical "do you want it spicy?" sauce used on Banh Mi. I hate chemical heat, so the fresh jalapeno with the fresh cilantro, green onion, cucumber, pickled daikon and carrots is exactly right. Well done, people that made this menu! Here's the review part now: Truly delicious! Everything was excellent and substantial. We are proficient at buffet eating, so having to take home a couple half Banh Mi and a Shrimp roll says something about the portions. Service: they were so kind on the phone, taking the order so it would be ready when we arrived. After arriving and seeing the warm environment we opted to stay and eat in. Brought food to us at the table and asked the perfect amount of times if we were good, if we liked the food. The owners had their daughter helping (SO CUTE!). Gracious when we were leaving as well, genuinely appreciative, genuinely concerned for our satisfaction, genuinely pleasant and kind people! Wow, seriously please stay this way guys. This would be a regular for us now if it wasn't 2 hours from home. Seriously recommend supporting this beautiful family and their incredibly well put together menu and excellent service while treating yourself to Banh Mi made right!!! Prices might seem just a tad bit more than some other places but you're very much getting what you pay for with quality and portions and ingredients and flavour and satisfaction. It's been 5 hours since we ate there and zero consequences (like McRegret). Our 'systems' are happy like we'd eaten healthy home cooked meals. We just polished off the last two half Banh Mi and thoroughly enjoyed it again. Wish I'd bought a few more to bring home, okay so one regret! So much better value for the money then what you'd get from McD's for the same price. Just to throw this in, and I don't think of this often with my reviews: these guys are the first Vietnamese restaurant that I've thought FRANCHISE this! I asked if they were a franchise, and no - they are a one off. But this is easily the best model I've seen for franchising. The colour choices for the tables and interior, the well thought out menu, simple but QUALITY ingredients, a couple great fresh ingredient ideas (Pork Belly and jalapenos) and especially the name "Banh a'Mi" pulling from the Vietnamese French connection that gave the world this sandwich, being a play on Bon Ami (Good Friend) - perfect!

Simply a great place. Great service, atmosphere is awesome too. I got tofu banh mi and it was exactly what I wanted, my boyfriend got a beef sandwich and it tasted even better. So tired of fast food places, and this one felt healthy and quick too! Wish the best to the owners here, and thank you for incredible service!

Banh Mi craving satisfied. I decided to try this restaurant as it had great ratings! It’s definitely understandable. I ordered the beef banh mi, chicken banh mi, fresh rolls and cold brew coffee! I enjoyed every bite. The beef is a must try! The fresh rolls were on the larger size, no complaints here. I’ll be back to try their Pho.

If people think this place is expensive you should travel to Alberta. This was crazy reasonable. You can’t have an appetizer, sandwich, and drink for under $20 even at McDonalds. The staff are amazing and the food is fast and fresh.

The banh mi was pretty good here! And the service was so polite and welcoming! I noticed they had many other things on the menu so I can't wait to return and try the rest! Pricing is quite affordable as well. Deserves more attention Definitely a good spot to get some banh mi as it is hard to find good places for it now

Best restaurant in Milton. Priced very well, portion size is great (if you complain about the size of the sandwich you are a fat a$$ North American). Service is fantastic and food comes out very quickly. Have come back 5 times now to sample as much of the menu as possible. Nothing has disappointed. The banh mi is delicious and the vermicelli is fantastic. Chili wontons are to die for as well.

Was craving banh mi and decided to give this a try. Did not disappoint. Flavourful sandwiches, very kind staff, not busy, nice decor inside. Was a very pleasant lunch. I had the grilled chicken banh mi, pork belly banh mi and some shrimp fresh rolls. All of them were very very tasty and I would recommend. Food came really quickly. Would go here again
